The Goal
Oregon Community Credit Union wanted a website that was user friendly, responsive, brand aligned, and would increase conversions to support the organizations growth goals.
The Strategy
The strategic approach was to garner insights for existing users on what worked and what didn’t to develop a strategy that achieved both the user’s interactive objectives and the objectives of the business. Then design a website that was responsive and intuitive. Starting with a solid strategy allowed the development to be completed in just 12 weeks.
My Role
I led digital strategy and project management for the website architecture and design.
The Results
Traffic and conversions increased significantly. New self-service features reduced call volume to the member contact center.
